None of us knows for sure what happens when we die. I do believe that love is an energy that does not die, though I also know that I have no evidence of that. Fingers crossed :)
Such timely and wise guidance for these dismaying and chaotic times, especially for those of us living "inside the beltway" with friends who have been laid off by DOGE. Your four pillars are essential and for me a fifth is doing something every day to fight back, even if it is walking with a friend and brainstorming what we can do...call a member of congress to register anger, attend the march on April 5th. Eat well, sleep, meditate & exercise are the pillars! I'd add a few more: 1) go daily into the woods or wild places 2) speak regularly with friends 3) take nightly baths 4) use technology in batches and never after 5pm. Been struggling to figure out a piece for this week, I think this list might be it :)
Yes, I find that when I connect with people on a deep level--about love or ideas (never complaints or gossip)--I feel the world is good again. There's so much to hope for still.
